COOKING
• Before closing the lid, place the ingredients of appropriate size into the cooking
bowl.
•
Add further ingredients while cooking by opening the lid cap and add the food
directly to the bowl.
Note : press the Start/Stop knob to pause the cooking before adding ingredients.
• Select the desired cooking time, temperature and rotation speed.
• Start the cooking process by pressing the Start/Stop knob.
• When the set cooking time has elapsed, the appliance beeps 5 times and shuts itself
off automatically.
Control Panel – Setting buttons
TIME
Press this button to set the cooking time.
The first section indicates the minutes and is adjustable up to 99, turn the
control knob clockwise to increase and anti-clockwise to decrease.
Confirm by pressing the TIME button again.
The second section indicates the seconds and is adjustable up to 59.
Confirm by pressing any other function button.
Note : if you press the TIME button again you will restart the setting cycle.
TEMP
Press this button to set the cooking temperature.
Turn the control knob to adjust it by 5°C steps up to 120°C (clockwise to
increase and anti-clockwise to decrease).
The default initial setting is 30°C.
Confirm by pressing any other function button.
Note : if you press the TEMP button again you will reset the temperature.
SPEED
Press this button to set the rotation speed.
Turn the control knob to adjust it between -3 and 10 (levels -1, -2 and -3
are reversed rotation). Confirm by pressing any other function button.
Note : if a cooking temperature has been set, the max speed level is 4.
Note : if you use the slicing discs to slice/grate, the max speed level is 4.
PULSE
Press and hold this button to activate the turbo function (rotation level
10) during cooking.
Note : the PULSE function only works when no cooking temperature has
been selected and when the temperature inside the cooking bowl is
below 60°C. The maximum duration is 2 minutes.
QUICK
Press this button to access the menu of preset cooking modes.

Press this button to access the weighing function.

START/STOP Press this button to start the cooking process or to pause it.
