REVISION™ Door for National 157/167 - 158/168
1.
Ensure that the cabinet is on a level floor and that the cabinet itself is leveled.
2.
Lift door and line up lock bar and then lock door closed.
3.
Lift and support the door in the center of the cabinet. Tighten the inner door bolt on the top and bottom hinges.
4.
Carefully open the REVISION Door and tighten the outer door bolt on the top and bottom of the door. Tighten the hex screws
and door stop arm.
5.
Install MDB validator and coin mechanism.
6.
Open and close the door. Check that the door is correctly aligned and ensure door locks properly. If problems persist, loosen
inner and outer door bolts on top and bottom hinges, then repeat steps 2 through 4.

ADJUST THE DOOR
1.
Plug machine power into an outlet and confirm that the Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI)
IS NOT
in reset mode.
2.
Turn on the machine power.
3.
Configure UCB following the programming instructions
(VE1017903)
guide.
4.
Test all motors for proper operation.

AFTER INSTALLATION, THE DOOR MAY REQUIRE SOME ADJUSTMENT OR ALIGNMENT
FOR A PROPER FIT. WHEN CLOSING THE DOOR, DO NOT FORCE OR SLAM SHUT. THIS
MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE DOOR FRAME OR LOCK BAR. THIS TASK SHOULD BE
COMPLETED WITH AN ADDITIONAL PERSON.
INSPECT ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE
PROPERLY ATTACHED TO THEIR CONNECTION POINTS TO AVOID AND
INJURIES AND DAMAGE TO MACHINE
