9. Warranty
The Velmia Premium Motorcycle Cover is warrantied for two years
from the date of purchase. During that period, we guarantee every
initial buyer that the cover is free of material and manufacturing de-
fects, and we will repair or replace any cover that is found to be de-
fective. If you find a defect during that time, immediately notify us by
email:
[email protected]. Warranty claims due to natural wear and
tear are excluded, including stains caused by dirt or pollutants and rea-
sonable color loss of the cover over time. Be aware that all warranty
periods will expire if the cover is not used for its intended purpose or
damaged due to weather conditions. This also applies if modifications
and/or alterations are made to the cover or if the cover is used in a
way other than described in these operating instructions. We accept no
liability for damage to property or personal injury caused by improper
handling or non-observance of these instructions for use. In such cases,
the warranty claim is void. The cover must be used appropriately and
maintained from the time of purchase. It is therefore essential that you
follow the warnings and safety information given in these operating ins-
tructions as well as the care instructions for the cover.
