The Extendá mobile app automatically 
checks for firmware updates. If new 
firmware is available, the Extendá 
mobile app will start the update wizard. 
Follow the instructions provided by 
the wizard to update the firmware. 

For Mac/PC users, check 
vellogear.com for firmware updates.

I don’t see the Extendá 
network on my device. 

Make sure the Extendá device is on 
and has established an ad-hoc network 
before trying to connect. The system 
status indicator will turn solid green.

establish an ad-hoc network before 
starting the app. The system status
