Manual Time Setting
Hold the
MODE
button for 3 seconds to make the digits for the year, month, date and day of the week flash. Set the year, month &
date with the
YEAR
,
MONTH
&
DATE
buttons. The day of the week changes automatically when the date is adjusted.
Remember that the digits change faster when a button is held.
Press
MODE
to make the digits for the clock flash. Set the hours, minutes and seconds with the
HOUR
,
MIN
&
SEC
buttons
respectively.
Press MODE again to make the digits for the display language flash. Select the display language with the COUNTRY button :
English, Dutch, French or German (

Important Remark : the manual time setting will be overridden if a DCF signal is received.
5. Selecting
the
Displayed
Data
Select the displayed data with the MODE button at the back of the device. Press it to toggle between alarm time display and
normal clock display.
6. Setting the Alarm Time
Press
MODE
in the normal display mode to display the current alarm time. Enter the hours and minutes with the
HOUR
and
MIN
buttons. Press the
ALM
button repeatedly to select the alarm mode :
•
symbol is displayed : the alarm will go off for one minute once every 24 hours. Press an arbitrary button to stop the alarm.
•
and
are displayed : press an arbitrary button to stop the alarm temporarily. The alarm is reactivated some time later.
Press
MODE
again to return to the normal display mode.
7. Temperature
Readout
Press the
°C/°F
-button to select a temperature readout in °C or °F when the device is in the normal display mode.
8. Selecting 12hr- or 24hr-mode
Press the "
12/24
"-button when the device is in the normal display mode to display the time either in 12hr- or 24hr-mode.
9. Reset
Button
Press the small yellow button at the back with a sharp object to reset the device.
10. Maintenance and Safety Instructions
Use a soft cloth moistened with mild detergent to clean the device. Do not use abrasives or solvents on the device. Do not drop the
device on a hard surface. Do not use it outdoors and shield it from direct sunlight.
11. Replacing Batteries
Insert two new AA-batteries when the screen becomes illegible.
12. Maintenance
Wipe the device with a clean cloth and some mild detergent.
