a) DJ Way
1 – DJ/MIC Input :
The microphone can be plugged into this 3-pin XLR connector. The XLR input is made for a gooseneck microphone. This
input can be used with the talkover function.
2 – Talk Switch (VOICE OVER) :
When this function is activated, the DJ MIC reduces the volume of the music. The music volume increases automatically
when the DJ stops talking. When the switch is OFF, the DJ way channel no longer has priority.
3 – Tone Controls for DJ :
These two rotary controls adjust the LOW and HIGH frequencies of the DJ signal (
±
12dB).
4 - DJ Level Control :
This rotary control enables the user to adjust level of the DJ output signal.
b) Stereo ways
5 – Input Selectors :
Used to select the input signal. You can choose between the STEREO and PHONO LINES.
6 - Rotary Tone Controls (HIGH-MID-LOW) :
These three rotary controls are used to adjust the frequency response of each channel. They correct the signal within a
range of
±
12dB.
7 – Rotary Gain Control
Used to adjust the level of the input signal and enables the user to harmonise the level of all inputs.
8 – Channel Level Controls
These slide controls enable the user to adjust the input per channel in order to obtain the desired volume for each channel.
9 – Short Course Crossfader :
This linear slide is used for the mix between the 2 chosen channels. The crossfader is easy to remove and replace.
10 – HI, MID and LOW Kill Switch
c) Adjustments :
11 – Power Switch :
Press this switch to activate/deactivate the device. Set all controls at their minimum positions before you press this button.
12 - VU Meters :
The VU meters indicate the left and right levels of the master output.
13 – Headphone Input Jack :
Stereo input jack for headphones (

6.35mm). Make sure the rotary control is under 5 before connecting the
headphones to this jack. The output power is 50mW / 8

14 – Rotary Phone Level Control :
Used for adjusting the level of the stereo headphones.
