Each successful operation is announced by the green LED and by a short and a long beep. The device will
still beep if the operation fails, but in this case the LED does not come on.
g. Connecting the device with an alarm/ disconnecting it

h. Adding Access Card(s)

Add single card : Press # 1 and hold the card next to the reader or enter the complete
card number (6 digits). Next, you should enter # #9.
Note : you can add just one card/card number, press # and press #9 to exit. You can also
add a group of cards as follows:

Add group of cards : Press #3. Enter the complete card number (6 digits) OR hold the
card in front of the reader. Next, you should enter X ##9 (X = the
number cards to be added). Start with the card with the lowest
number.
Example
: You want to add 10 cards and the first card number is 060003, followed by 060004,
060005, 060006, etc.
Enter
**NUMERIC CODE # ADD GROUP OF CARDS. In other words:
**123456 # 3.
Next, you should either press 060003 (enter lowest card number first) or hold the card next to the
reader.
Conclude the operation by entering 10##9 (10 = number of added cards).
i. Deleting Access Card(s)

Delete single card : Press #2 and hold the card next to the reader or enter the
complete card number (6 digits), then press # #9.
- Delete group of cards : Press #4. Enter the complete card number (6 digits) OR hold the
card in front of the reader. Next, you should enter X ##9 (X =
the number of cards to be deleted). Start with the card with the
lowest number.

You will hear the second, confirming beep after 15 seconds. The green LED will flash momentarily.
6. Error Indication
•
Card-Only Mode
Wrong card: long beep, keypad does not accept code.
The green LED comes on, the beeper sounds twice and the door is opened if the user waves the right
card in front of the reader.

Facility-Code-Only Mode
The beeper will sound with an incorrect facility code and the reader will not accept the code. The LEDs
remain OFF.
