This symbol on the device or the package indicates that disposal of the device after its
lifecycle could harm the environment. Do not dispose of the unit (or batteries) as unsorted
municipal waste; it should be taken to a specialized company for recycling. This device should
be returned to your distributor or to a local recycling service. Respect the local environmental

General Guidelines
Refer to the
Velleman® Service and Quality Warranty
on the last pages of this manual.
Keep the display away from rain, moisture, splashing and dripping liquids.
Keep this device away from extreme temperatures.
Protect this device from shocks and abuse. Avoid brute force when operating the
device.
There are no user-serviceable parts inside the device. Do no open it and refer to qualified personnel
for service. Opening the device will void the warranty.
If any metal or liquids enters the device, switch it off immediately. Have the device checked by
qualified personnel before using it again.
Turn off the device when it is not in use.

Operation
Refer to the illustrations above.
Connecting to a bluetooth device
1.
Switch on the BTR1.
The blue LED [2] will start flickering. The BTR1 will enter pairing mode within 30 seconds. It will
appear as BLUETOOTH on your other devices.

Enable the bluetooth function on the
device you want to pair (computer, cell phone…).
3.
Search for the BTR1 (appearing as BLUETOOTH) and connect to it.
To connect, you will need a password. The default password is 0000.
4.
When connected, the blue LED will flicker slowly.
Playing music
Insert headphones (not included) in the 3.5mm jack [1].
Press the Play button [4] to play and pause music from the paired device.
Answering a phone call
If you receive a phone call, press the Play button [4] to answer the call.
You can use the BTR1 to answer the call if you stay within 1 meter distance from the phone.
Press the Play button again to end the call.
Selecting another device
To select another device, disconnect the BTR1 from your current device and connect it to another.
Charging the device
Insert the included USB cable [7] in the USB port [5] and insert the cable to a computer or any other
USB charger.
While charging, the yellow LED will light up. The LED will go out when the device is fully charged.
It is recommended to turn off the BTR1 during charging.

Inleiding

Belangrijke milieu-informatie betreffende dit product
Dit symbool op het toestel of de verpakking geeft aan dat, als het na zijn levenscyclus wordt
weggeworpen, dit toestel schade kan toebrengen aan het milieu. Gooi dit toestel (en
eventuele batterijen) niet bij het gewone huishoudelijke afval; het moet bij een
gespecialiseerd bedrijf terechtkomen voor recyclage. U moet dit toestel naar uw verdeler of
naar een lokaal recyclagepunt brengen. Respecteer de plaatselijke milieuwetgeving.
Hebt u vragen, contacteer dan de plaatselijke autoriteiten betreffende de verwijdering.

Algemene richtlijnen
Raadpleeg de

Bescherm de display tegen regen, vochtigheid en opspattende vloeistoffen.
Bescherm dit toestel tegen extreme temperaturen.
Bescherm het toestel tegen schokken. Vermijd brute kracht tijdens de bediening van
het toestel.
Er zijn geen door de gebruiker vervangbare onderdelen in dit toestel. Open de behuizing niet en laat
het onderhoud over aan een vakman. Wanneer u de behuizing opent, is de garantie niet langer
geldig.
Schakel het toestel onmiddellijk uit wanneer er een metalen voorwerp of vloeistof in de behuizing
terecht gekomen is. Laat het toestel door een vakman nakijken voor u het toestel opnieuw gebruikt.
Schakel het toestel uit wanneer u het niet gebruikt.
3.
Eigenschappen

Gebruik
Zie bovenstaande afbeeldingen.
Verbinden met een Bluetooth-toestel
1.
Schakel de BTR1 in.
De blauwe led [2] begint te knipperen. Binnen de 30 seconden gaat de BTR1 over in
koppelingsmodus. Er verschijnt BLUETOOTH op uw andere toestellen.

Activeer de Bluetooth-functie op het toestel dat uw wil koppelen (computer, mobiele telefoon, ...).
3.
Zoek naar de BTR1 (weergegeven als BLUETOOTH) en sluit deze aan.
Om aan te sluiten, hebt u een wachtwoord nodig. Het standaard wachtwoord is 0000.
4.
Wanneer aangesloten, knippert de blauwe led langzaam.
Muziek afspelen
Sluit een hoofdtelefoon (niet meegeleverd) aan op de 3.5mm-aansluiting [1].
Druk op de Play-knop [4] om muziek van het gekoppelde toestel af te spelen of te pauzeren.
Een oproep beantwoorden
Wanneer u wordt opgebeld, druk op de Play-knop [4] om de oproep te beantwoorden.
U kunt de BTR1 gebruiken om de oproep te beantwoorden indien u op max. 1 meter van de telefoon
blijft.
Druk nogmaals op de Play-knop om de oproep te beëindigen.
Een ander toestel kiezen
Om een ander toestel te kiezen, koppel de BTR1 los van het aangesloten toestel en sluit aan op een
ander toestel.
Het toestel opladen
Sluit de meegeleverde USB-kabel [7] aan op de USB-poort [5] en sluit de kabel aan op een
computer of een andere USB-lader.
Tijdens het opladen, licht de gele led op. De led gaat uit wanneer het toestel volledig opgeladen is.
Het is aanbevolen om de BTR1 uit te schakelen tijdens het opladen.

Eteindre l'appareil immédiatement si un objet métallique ou un liquide a pénétré le boîtier. Faire
contrôler l'appareil par un technicien qualifié avant de l'utiliser à nouveau.
Eteindre l'appareil lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé.
