Connect the motor and the encoder on the JP9 + JP5 connectors (shown in the picture)

Connect the power supply to the JP14 connector.

When the OPR800 is turned on, it performs the phase tuning of the motor (you see a vibration for a 
few seconds). 
 

5.

 

Verify that when the phase-tuning ends, the doors move slowly close to complete the closure. 

DURING THIS STEP, MAKE SURE THAT THE CLOSING OF THE DOORS IS NOT INTERRUPTED 
BY OBSTACLES AND THAT THE POINT 0 ACQUIRED CORRESPONDS TO THE DOOR 
COMPLETELY CLOSED. IN CASE OF OPERATOR WITH MOBILE COUPLING CAM, MAKE SURE 
THAT IS COMPLETELY CLOSED

If at power on, the doors move in the OPENING DIRECTION, reverse the motor rotation with the dipswitch 
2. Turn off the card and go back to step 3.

LEARNING: hold the button on the side of the board pressed for at least 3 seconds, until the door 
starts to open slowly. The learning function is necessary for the board to store the number of 
encoder pulses corresponding to the operator's travel.
