Fitting the AWK filter unit.
1. Unscrew the nine screws (AW 62, twelve screws) indicated by the arrows in photo 1. On the AW 22, you also have to
unscrew the four sheet metal screws.
2. The fan heater may be fitted with the pipes facing to the left or to the right, as seen from the front (see photo 12 and 13).
In rooms with high ceilings, the fan heater should be installed in a low position, but not so low that it intrudes on the
working space. Fit the filter part with the opening downwards or upwards, depending on accessibility for changing
filters (acc. to photo 2).

3. Fit the filter unit with seven screws (ten screws for AW 62) acc. to the arrows in photo 3.

4. Mount the fan heater to the wall with the filter unit acc. to photo 4.
For a template for drilling the holes for the wall brackets, and minimum distances from floor, ceiling and walls, see
appendix C.
5. If the wall is weak, or if there are little possibility for mounting the fan heater on the wall, the ceiling supports should
be fitted acc. to the arrows in photo 5. These supports are delivered fastened to the inside of the filter door.
