On the touchscreen, touch the
PHONE
symbol in the main menu, or

on the touchscreen, touch the
Bluetooth
symbol next to the time in one of the other
menus.

The Bluetooth menu appears.
The following information and functions appear in the Bluetooth menu:

Linking of mobile phone with VRM 6200 (pairing mode)
In order to be able to operate a mobile phone with the VRM 6200, it must first be registered
with the VRM 6200. This procedure only needs to be carried out once.

Activate the “Bluetooth” option in the system settings (see setup menu).

Call up the Bluetooth menu.

Touch the symbol for the telephone settings (9).
☞
Touch the “YES” option under “Pairing” to start the pairing process.

There will now be a short delay whilst the VRM waits for a Bluetooth mobile phone to log
on.

Next, activate the “Search for Bluetooth devices” on the mobile phone to establish the
connection to the VRM.

More detailed information about registering Bluetooth devices on your mobile phone can
be found in the mobile phone operating instructions.

Whilst the link is being established, you will be prompted to enter a Bluetooth PIN. The
PIN for the VRM is “
1234
”.

As soon as the link to a Bluetooth mobile phone has been established, the Bluetooth sym-
bol stops flashing.

The VRM is now ready for use with the mobile phone.
