Downloading data with the
DLD

®

 Short Range

The user-friendly Remote TCO Manager (RTM) configuration software manages the DLD

®

Short Range data

downloading process. The software uses a task list with pre-defined intervals, specifying when downloading
is to take place. You can also use the RTM to create further download tasks.

If the DLD

®

Short Range is within the WLAN transmission and reception area, it uses the task list in the RTM

to check whether or not a download has to be carried out for either driver or vehicle.

Authentication

1  The DLD

®

 establishes a connection

between the DTCO

®

 and the RTM on

the office PC.

2  Authentication takes place between

the company card and the DTCO

®

.
