Always keep a record of your serial number (Frame  No.) upon receiving your bike because it could 
be needed in the future. This warranty only applies to the original owner of a vBike electric bikes.
vBike should be operated in accordance with the vBike Owner Manual. vBike warrants to the original 
registered purchaser that vBike shall be free from all defects in material and workmanship for a 
period of 12 months from the date of shipment, when used for the purpose intended. All other 
obligations and conditions or liabilities, including obligations for consequential damages, are hereby 
excluded. Shipping charges are not refundable. This warranty gives you specific rights and purchas

ers may also have other rights, which vary by provinces, states and countries.

Parts  covered  by  the  warranty:  frame,  forks,  stem,  handlebar,  headset,  seatpost,  lights,  bottom 
bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, 
controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware. The battery warranty 
does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or 
other such misuse, normal wear or water damage. 
vBike will replace any parts supposed to have been damaged through shipping. Shipping damage 
must be reported to vBike in 24 hours after you received your vBike via email to [email protected].

Replacement parts will be sent after photographed proof has been provided to vBike. vBike  may 
request  additional  proof  such  as  video  and  photography  to  best  assist  with  processing  of  the 
warranty claim.  

The  battery  warranty  does  not  include  damage  from  power  surges,  use  of  improper  charger, 
improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.   
Any changes in default programs (Factory settings) of LCD display may void warranty.
Liability for material defects does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear Items – including the chain, 
tires, wheels, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, spokes, lights are considered a wear 
item.  The  battery,  motor  system,  braking  system,  drivetrain  system  and  seat  are  all  subject  to 
intended use-related wear and are not covered by warranty. You are responsible for replacing these 
wear items. 
   Damage resulting from using or adding non-standard equipment, parts, or modifications.
   Damage resulting from improper tools or improper maintenance performed on the ebike.
   Any unauthorized alterations, tampering or repairs are not covered by this warranty. 
   Warranty return shipping is the responsibility of the original registered purchaser. We may elect to 
replace the battery charger or other under warranty items with the same model or similar model
