Is there an accessory m issing?

W hy w ill the vacuum cleaner not run?
It m ay not be plugged into the electrical outlet correctly. Ensure that the plug is pushed into the electrical
outlet securely.
The electrical outlet m ay not be w orking. If unsure consult an electrician.
The m otor therm ostat m ay have tripped. Sw itch off and unplug the vacuum cleaner. eave for one hour before
sw itching the vacuum cleaner back on.
W hy w on t the vacuum cleaner pick up?
D ust bag m ay be full or incorrectly installed; rem ove the dust bag from the unit and if not full, re-attach as
show n on page 4.
The filter m ay be clogged; refer to M aintenance: Cleaning the filters on page 4.
The filter m ay not be fitted correctly; refer to M aintenance: Cleaning the filters on page 4
There m ay be a blockage in the tube or hose. D isconnect the hose from the vacuum cleaner, carefully rem ove
any blockages found and reconnect securely.
W hy w on t the accessories pick up properly?
A ccessories m ay not be attached securely; ensure tools are fitted correctly
A ccessory m ay be blocked; rem ove accessory from handle/tube and carefully rem ove blockage and re-attach
to the vacuum cleaner.
W hy is dust escaping from the vacuum ?
The filter m ay be clogged; refer to M aintenance: Cleaning the filters on page 4.
The dust bag m ay be full; rem ove the bag and if full, fit a new bag as show n on page 4.
D ust bag m ay be incorrectly installed; rem ove the dust bag from the unit and re-attach as show n on page 4.
The hose m ay not be installed correctly, rem ove and refit as show n on page 3
