Maintenance

(Keep your Vax as good as new)

NOTE:

Loop the new belt first over the motor drive shaft and then over the brushbar. Insert the

right side of the brushbar first then the left. Ensure brushbar is entered completely before replacing
vacuum head and replacing the five screws.

Changing the belt

Removing blockages from the brushbar

IMPORTANT:

If the

problem persists then

follow instructions above to
gain access to the brushbar.

Removing blockages from the TurboTool

WARNING:

To reduce the risk of electric shock, turn the vacuum cleaner off and unplug

from the electrical outlet before performing any maintenance/troubleshhooting checks.

Remove

Disconnect the hose from the vacuum cleaner and remove any blockages found then reconnect
the hose securely.
