Taking care of your machine

Cleaning and replacing the filter

Press the Dust Bin

Release Button and turn

the dust bin until the arrow

symbol points to the unlock

symbol. Then pull away the

dust bin.

Once the dust bin is

removed the cyclone

separator can be lifted

away from the dust bin by

using the handle, as shown.

The dust bin and cyclone

separator can now be

cleaned.

To

reinstall the dust bin,

ensure that the arrow

symbol points to the

unlock symbol. Then

turn the dust bin until the

arrow points to the locked

symbol.

Remove the filter from the

cyclone separator. Tap the

filter over a bin to remove

any dirt/debris or replace

the filter.

Remove the sponge filter

from the filter cover and

wash the sponge filter

under running water, if

required (40 degrees

max). Allow the filter to

dry for 24hrs or until fully

dry before reinstalling.

CAUTION:

Ensure that the vacuum is switched off before performing maintenance or troubleshooting checks. For

continuous best performance, the filter should be tapped over a bin every 4-6 uses, to remove dirt and debris, and

replaced every 6-9 months, depending upon use. Do not use your vacuum cleaner without the filter in place.

To reinstall the dust bin

ensure that the plastic tab

on the cyclone separator

slots into the groove on

the dust bin, as indicated

by the arrow symbol on

side of the dust bin.
