What to do if it goes wrong

Lance and nozzle not attached. The lance and nozzle must be
attached to the trigger handle for pressurised water to be produced.
Hose may be blocked or kinked, check for leaks in the hose and
clear any blockages.

Straighten out the hose to ensure no kinks and check the hose pipe
connections to the water supply and water inlet.
•
Lance and nozzle may be blocked, clear any blockages and clean
with nozzle cleaning tool. Go to ‘Lets talk technical’.
•
Remove and clean the water inlet filter Go to
‘Taking care of your machine’.
•
Check the water flow rate to your water supply
Why won’t my pressure

reach operating pressure?
•
Connector valve/adapter not fully/correctly fitted or locked into
position. Go to ‘Using your machine’.
•
Straighten out the compressor hose making sure there are no kinks.
•
Make sure the On/Off switch is set to the ‘II’ position (compressor).
