Maintenance

Always remember to

switch off

the appliance by opening the fuse holder before any

maintenance operations.

•

Bain-marie well:

Lift the well from the unit, the well’s

heating

elements

are

accessible

dismantling

the

removable

strip

then

removing the glasswool.

•

Ventilated heat cupboard:

The heating module is placed on the heat cupboard's ceiling. To dismantle it, remove the 4

mounting screws fixing it to the ceiling. The ventilator is fixed by 3 screws, the heating elements are
fixed by 2 nuts, use a Ø19 flat spanner to remove them.
