15. Lift actuator / mechanism unit into body without touching the body wall.
16. Mount screws (1) according to «Figure 7-2» on page 17.
Tighten screws in crosswise order with the following torques:
DN 63 / 160
20 Nm / 15 lbf·ft
DN 200
40 Nm / 30 lbf·ft
17. Connect electrical power supply.
18. Connect compressed air supply.
Valve is ready for use.
7.4
Replacement of gate seal
1.
Remove actuator / mechanism unit as described in
«7.3 Replacement of valve gate / mechanism unit».
2.
Remove gate seal (1) from groove; see «Figure 7-4», use O-ring removal tool.

Check and clean sealing surface of valve seat.
4.
Install new gate seal (1).
Press O-ring uniformly in crosswise order (diagonal) into groove.
5.
Lift actuator / mechanism unit as described in section
«7.3 Replacement of valve gate / mechanism unit».
Valve is ready for use.
