Fan
MAC R series motors are air-cooled using a forced ventilation system that includes an electric fan powered
independently from the motor.
The fan on MAC R series motors is fitted in an axial position behind the motor and air circulates from back to
front.
The standard versions of these units are powered with single-phase alternating current (see motor technical data
sheet for more information). Other ventilation methods can be studied on request.
