1. Connect all LEDs to the light controller described above in ‘Connecting
the LEDs’. Connect the light controller receiver cable to the receiver.
2. Do not power on the light controller or receiver yet.
3. Turn the control dial gently anti-clockwise until it stops at
position 1 –
learning mode
.
4. Turn on your transmitter and move your switch/channel to the position
you would like all
LEDs off
.
5. Connect the battery for the light controller (We recommend using a
separate switch for the light controller battery) and then switch on the
receiver power supply.
6. All LEDs will flash
5x
to indicate that you have entered
learning mode
.
After
6 seconds
, the light controller will store the ‘
LEDs off
’ position. All
LEDs flash
1x
to confirm. CONTINUE:
7. Set the transmitter channel/switch to the ‘
nav and Strobe LEDs on
’
position you wish to use. After
3 seconds
, the light controller stores this
value. All LEDs flash
2x
to confirm. CONTINUE:
8. Set the transmitter channel/switch to the ‘
landing lights ON
’ position
you wish to use. After
3 seconds
, the light control saves this value. All LEDs
flash
3x
to confirm. The LEDs will then illuminate
1x
to confirm program
-
ming was successful.
9. Set the control dial to
position 2 – normal operation
.
10. Switch everything off. You might want to test the standard flash pattern.

Setting the flash pattern of the AcLs:
The light controller has 10 pre-set flash patterns to choose from. Please
refer to the pre-set flash patterns table. Using the control dial you can
move forwards or backwards through each flash pattern.
1. Power on your transmitter, the light controller, then the receiver.
2. Turn the control dial anti clockwise until it stops at
position 1
. The flash
patterns will now run one after another for five seconds each before mo
-
ving to the next pattern. Once flash pattern 10 has been reached, the light
controller will continue to play flash pattern 10.
3. To move back through each pattern, turn the control dial clockwise until
it stops at
position 3
.
3. The lighting controller will now play each flash pattern for 5 seconds in
the opposite direction.
4. When you want to keep the pattern that is being displayed – rotate the
control dial to the middle
position 2
. The light controller will save this
setting and resume normal operation.
Note: You can change the flash pattern at any time when the light
controller is operational.
This completes the full programming procedure.
