Mount the meat mincer in the
attachment engagement hub

the mixer.
The meat mincer shall be pressed
entirely into the attachment enga-
gement hub before tightening the
thumb screw

Place the meat tray

in the meat
mincer, and ready the plunger

.
NB:
For safety reasons always use
the plunger (I) when working
with the meat mincer.
Never use a tool to
tighten the ring.
