CAUTION: To prevent damage to delicate luminaire parts, wear cotton
gloves or finger cots before touching parts. To avoid damage to optical
sensor, make sure that dimmer blade is in fully open position so that notch
in top of blade is positioned to pass optical sensor.
Step 5. Wearing cotton gloves or finger cots, verify dimmer blade is in
fully open position, and remove dimmer blade assembly (with
collet, lockwasher, and wheel nut) from motor shaft.
CAUTION: When re-assembling dimmer bulkhead and heatshield, ensure
that thermal switch wires (orange) are routed around standoffs to avoid
interference with dimmer blade during luminaire operation.
Step 6. Replace dimmer blade by doing steps 2 thru 5 in reverse.
