Note: Bilateral deflection may be observed by loosening the tension
adjustment screw and rotating the head assembly. As the head is rotated
back and forth, the tension is created on one side and deflections are
created on the other.
Step 2. With 5/32 inch Allen wrench, tighten belt tension adjustment
screw until no bilateral deflection occurs. For tilt, send long
handled T-wrench through hole in yoke crossmember.
Step 3. With proper tension, you should be able to push the belt flat so
that it just touches side rail.

Tools:
Smart Repeater unit equipped with test EPROMs or motor tester box
Volt-Ohm meter
Wheel calibration tool (Puc) (22.9624.0112)
VL6 Bulkhead Calibration Cable (25.9624.0115)
Screwdriver, #1 Phillips
To calibrate a color or gobo wheel:
Step 1. Set Smart Repeater unit to 000 to activate test software. (Do this
before removing color bulkhead to prevent lens motor shaft from
being driven out of motor.)
Step 2. Remove color bulkhead (
Step 3. Remove color filter and gobo wheels. Refer to
Step 4. At motor being calibrated, loosen screw securing motor stabilizer
to motor mounting plate until stabilizer is very loose. (Do not
fully remove screw.)
Step 5. Place wheel calibration tool (Puc) on motor shaft.
Step 6. Connect the following:
a. Bulkhead Calibration cable to appropriate motor and sensor
headers (WH1 or WH2) on Yoke Termination Board of lumi-
naire.
b. Motor and sensor MTA receptacles to calibration cable.
c. Volt-Ohm meter (set to DC Volts mode) to calibration cable.
