Press “Win + R” and input “cmd” in the dialogue box;

Input “adb --version” in the command prompt window to check if the ADB tool is
installed.

Connect VT-SBC-3568 and the host with the USB cable;
2.
Input “adb devices -l” in the command prompt window to check if VT-SBC-3568 is
connected to thehost;

Navigate to the local directory as follows: SW/ downloadetools/ windows/
RKDevTool_Release_v2.84, and double click RKDevTool.exe ;
4.
Normally, a message suggesting the existence of an ADB device will show up at the
bottom of the tool window in about 10 seconds;
5.
Input “adb shell” in the prompt window to enter ADB shell so that you can execute shell
commands on the device;
