STOP:
Do not remove the wires
from the connector – the
connectors will be removed.
Carefully disconnect the orange
connector from the old power
supply and connect it the same
way to the new power supply.

Overview
IC-II generation controllers have been equipped with new housing that allows field replacement of 36V and 24V power
supplies.
Power Supply Replacement
IC-36-II, 36 Volt Controller:
1.
Turn power off to the controller
2.
Remove controller from the enclosure
3.
Remove single screw on back of controller that holds the power supply in
4.
Carefully swing the old power supply up as shown in picture, do not try to remove until the orange connector has been
removed.
5.
Reconnect the orange connector to the new power supply and secure to back using same screw from step 3.
