suggestionsthatmighthelpyou.Ifthesesuggestionsfailtocorrectyourproblem,checkourwebsiteforadditionalsuggestionsor

illuminated
•
MakesuretheACpowercordisproperlyconnectedtoboththepowersupplyandtoyourhouseholdwalloutlet.
•
Makesurethewalloutletthepowercordispluggedintoisa“live”outlet.
•
MakesuretheDCpowercordfromthepowersupplyisconnectedtotheDCPowerInconnectorontheactive
speaker.
•
MakesuretheblueLEDhasnotbeendimmedtothepointthatitneverlights.
Nosoundfromeither
speaker
•
MakesurethepowerLEDisilluminated.Ifnot,seethestepsfor“PowerLEDisnotilluminated”.
•
Makesuretheactivespeakervolumeknobisturnedup.
•
Makesureyouraudiosourcevolumeisturnedup.
•
Makesureyouraudiosourceisplayingaudio.
•
Disconnectallbutoneaudiosourceinputontheactivespeaker.
•
Unplugpowerfromtheactivespeakerthenplugitbackintoresettheinputstoautoswitchingmode.

Ifthespeakerwaspreviouslyworkingproperlybutstoppedsuddenly,thismaybetheresultoftheoutputdrivers
experiencingthermalshutdown.Thisisanormalprotectionfeatureanddoesnotindicateamalfunction.Turnthe
poweroffontheactivespeaker,wait5minutes,turndownthevolumeoftheaudiosource,thenturnthespeaker
systembackon.

disconnectedhitthe“Pair-Prog”buttononthebackoftheactivespeakerorhitenablefollowedbytheBluetoothbuttonon

Audioisdistorted

Ifyouareusingtheanaloginput(3.5mmconnector)makesureyouarenotoverdrivingtheaudioinput.Turndown
thevolumeonyouraudiosourcedeviceand,ifnecessary,turnupthevolumeontheactivespeaker.
•
Makesureyouarenotoverdrivingthespeakerdrivers.Turndownyouraudiosourcedevice.Youmaywanttoturn
downthevolumeknobontheactivespeakeralso.
•
Makesuretheaudiosourcesignalisprovidingacleansignal.
•
Makesurethecablebetweentheaudiosourceandtheactivespeakerisproperlyseated.

speakervolumeortheaudiosourcevolumedownslightlyuntilthisstops.IfyouneedtoplaylouderthantheT0
speakersallow,youshouldconsideraddingasubwoofertoyoursystem.

Ifyouareusingoneofthedigitalinputsthiscouldalsobeanindicationthatyourdigitalsignalisbeinginterrupted.
Youmayconsiderchangingthedigitalcable.

IfyouareusingtheBluetoothinputthiscouldbeanindicationthatyourBluetoothsendingdeviceisontheedgeof
beingoutofrange.
