1.2 Battery information
A rechargeable battery powers the WP0001 Wireless Music Phone. Make sure that
the battery is fully charged to prevent interrupted communications due to power loss.
Important. On first use, charge the battery to its full capacity to ensure
longer battery life.
1.2.1 Battery power levels
The battery icon on the LCD screen helps you keep track of the remaining battery
power so you will know when you need to charge the battery. Note the battery icon
indicating the batter power levels.

1.2.2 Removing and installing the battery
The rechargeable battery comes installed with the WP0001. In the future, you may
need to replace the current battery. Follow the instructions in this section to remove
and install the battery.
Warning. Before removing or installing the battery, make sure the
phone is not connected to a power source.
To remove the battery:
1. Push the battery latch in the
direction of the arrow until the
battery cover disengages from the
phone.
