Handset / Receiver Match

The remote control handset and receiver are 
programmed to function together. In case of a 
replacement of the handset or the receiver, you will 
need to reset the receiver to allow them to function 
together. Contact your dealer for details

Low Battery Indication

Remote handset:

 

BATT

 will appear on the display 

when the battery needs to be replaced.
Replace with one 9 V 

alkaline 

battery.

Receiver:

 Frequent ‘beeps’ for 3 seconds when the 

motor turns indicate the batteries need to be replaced. 
Replace with four 1.5 V 

alkaline 

batteries.

NOTE: 

With very low battery, the valve shuts off  the fi re 

completely. This does not happen when the power sup-
ply is interrupted.

CAUTION

DO NOT USE

 a screwdriver or other metallic object 

to remove the batteries from the battery box or the 
handset! This could cause a short circuit.

FLAME HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

The fl ame height can be adjusted in 
the following manners:

Press       (large fl ame) button to turn 
on the main burner.

Press       (large fl ame) button to 
increase fl ame height

Press       (small fl ame) button to 
decrease fl ame height or go to pilot

For fi ne adjustments, tap the    and     
buttons.

Note: While pressing either button 
a symbol indicating transmission 
appears on the upper right hand 
corner of the display. The receiver 
confi rms transmission with an 
acoustic signal.

SETTING ºC/24-HR OR ºF/12-HR CLOCK

To set the time, follow the steps below. 

1.  The display indicates °C/24-hour or 

°F/12-hour clock. To change from 
one to the other, press and hold 
both the 

OFF

 and     buttons until 

the display changes.

2.  To set the time, hold down 

both

 the

     and     buttons until the display 
fl ashes. Let go.

3.  Quickly press the     button to set 

the hour and the     button to set the 
minutes. 
Note: You must start setting the time 
while the display is fl ashing. If it stops 
fl ashing, go back to 2. 

4.  Press the 

OFF

 button.
