Remote Control Initial Pairing

The receiver and the handset of the remote control
system must be initially paired before the

fi

 rst use.

(Note that batteries must already be installed in the wall
mounted battery holder)

1.  Insert two 1.5 V AAA

alkaline

 batteries in the handset.

2.  Locate the Reset button on the front side of the re-

ceiver.

3.  With a thin object, press and hold the receiver’s RESET

button until you hear one short and one long beeps.
After the second beep, release the reset button.

4.  Within the subsequent 20 seconds, press and hold the

 button on the remote handset.

 will be dis-

played on the handset during the pairing sequence.
You will hear two short beeps con

fi

 rming the pairing

is done.

If you hear one long beep, the pairing sequence has failed
or the wiring is incorrect.

This is a one time pairing only and is not required when
changing the batteries of the handset or battery holder.
The remote control system is now ready to use.
