
1x M.A.P.S. Extension

1x Joining Plate

2x Mounting Brackets

1x Support Bracket
 3x 3/8-16 Bolts

3x 3/8” Washers

3x 3/8-16 T-Nuts

10x 1/4-20 Bolts

10x 1/4" Washers

1 x 5/16-18 Carriage Bolt

1 x 5/16-18 Lock Nut
INSTALLATION:
1. Attach Joining plate to base panel using ¼-
20 Screws and washers. Leave screws
loose.
