3.3 Cleaning
Pull the fryer forward [K] to clean the rear wall and bottom (Fig. 4). The cable must therefore be long enough to
do this.

N.B.: The V200 and V20 fryers, which are only 200 and 250 mm wide respectively, must be
secured on the sides (risk of tipping over).
