Your Runabout DELUXE bassinet has been designed to maintain a consistent rocking motion while in
motion. Should you wish to secure this motion, we have added an additional securing tether at the rear of
the bassinet.

Using the securing tether
1.
Remove the tether strap from the
pocket at the “foot” of the bassinet.
2.
Drape the strap over the top of the
bassinet.
3.
Thread the buckle prongs through the
space behind the plastic footplate.
4.
Circle the plastic footplate with the
tether and back up to secure in the
buckle.
5.
Pull the webbing to tighten

FROM THE FRAME
Using your hood
Your Runabout DELUXE bassinet was designed to be easily carried due to the unique design of the hood.
To carry the bassinet, grab the padded hood bar at the top of the hood and away you go! The hood system is
permanent and has been designed so that the hood will not collapse when carried.
To fold the hood down, press down on the hood lock (one side only) and simultaneously fold the hood back.
To secure your hood open, simply reverse the previous process till you hear the hood lock into place.
NOTE: ALWAYS TEST THAT YOUR HOOD IS SECURELY LOCKED INTO THE OPEN POSITION BEFORE USE.
Installing the bassinet
IMPORTANT:
ALWAYS TEST THAT THE BASSINET IS SECURED IN PLACE BY GRASPING ON EITHER SIDE
AND FIRMLY PULLING IT UP TOWARD YOU BEFORE USE!
1.
Standing at the side of the stroller
and holding the bassinet at both
sides by the plastic hand holds;
tilt the bassinet slightly toward
you.
2.
Gently slide the bassinet housing
just over the plastic locking piece
closest to you.
3.
“Line up” the other side and
repeat step 2.
4.
Press down gently on the bassinet
and it will slide into place.
5.
To remove, simultaneously
pressing the two triggers in the
plastic hand holds, gently lift the
bassinet from the frame.
Pre-Installation
1.
Remove the seat fabrics and from your RUNABOUT stroller.
2.
Inside your bassinet package you will find a set of 2 plastic locking pieces.
3.
With the release buttons facing inward, insert each locking piece in turn
into the plastic housing on either side of the stroller frame.
