8.4

Cleaning

After having been de-energized, the conductor system can be cleaned with a standard industrial vacuum
cleaner to remove loose dust or graphite deposits.

CAUTION!

For maintenance and cleaning work where graphite

contact dust may get into the

ambient air, breathing

protection must be used:

►

Breathing protection mask acc. to EN 149, min.

protection level FFP3.

Vahle product ID: 10017880

►

Never blow out the mask with compressed air.

►

Use vacuum with class M filter.

►

Do not eat, drink or smoke during work.

Dust in the vacuum cleaner bag or the air filter can be disposed of as commercial waste in the usual quantities
(up to about 2 liters). Larger quantities must be disposed of in a controlled manner according to applicable law.
