Observe the correct pole configuration of the current collector.

Holder for current collector

For the current collectors, fastening must be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the conductor rail and at
a right angle to the contact surface.

Step 1

Required tools:

Assembly steps:

1. Attach the current collectors in the intended posi-

tion.

NOTICE!

►

The installation height "H" is shown in the table
on page 68.

2. Slide the current collectors into the intended po-

sition.

3. Align the current collector with the phase center.

NOTICE!

►

The permissible deviation is ± 1 mm.

►

The permissible angle deviation is ± 1° in all di-
rections relative to the current collector.

4. Install the freely hanging part of the connecting

cable with a minimum bending radius of 10 x ca-
ble diameter.

5. Attach the current collectors to the specified tow-

ing points of the mobile users.

NOTICE!

Risk of damage to the current collectors

The connection lines must not impede the mobil-
ity of the current collectors.
