Information about the DCS type
The DCS1 control systems are differentiated based on their communication method.
The following communication types are part of the VAHLE standard program:
- HW (half cycle)
- PowerCAN (rail bus/PCB)
- SMGM
The other communication types, as shown in the following table, are only available af

ter prior analysis of the requirements or the existing system (in the portfolio) by VAHLE.
Special hardware configurations are required for the communication types HW, PCB
and SMGM. Please refer to the appropriate sections (communication or flange) in this
documentation or contact the VAHLE customer service.
