Step 2. Select the file as your desire for backup.
Step 3. Choose the save format for backup file

Backup as *.sd format

Backup as .avi format
Note:
Files that backup with *.sd format will contain
image/speed/location and G-Sensor data. Files that backup
with .avi format will only record video and audio data. Therefore,
we strongly recommend backup file with *.sd format.
Step 4. Schedule the backup time as your requirement.
