DHCP connection through
Router/Server
(Corporation)
Here is an example of how to set up connection between the DVR and your PC in
DHCP mode
Step 1: Set up your router/DHCP server.
For details, please consult your MIS staff
or check the manual of the router.
Step 2: Set your DVR network mode to DHCP mode
1. Change the connection type to “DHCP” in DVR’s network setting
2. If the router is correctly set, the DVR should be able to get the IP address from the
router automatically.
Step 3: Modifiy your PC’s network setting to DHCP mode
