REPLACING THE 

BS

116 

SEAL BAR

1.   Unplug the machine and make sure that the current seal bar is cool to the touch.

2.   Lift straight up on the seal bar until it is clear of the contact post and remove the seal 

 

bar from the machine.

3.   Wipe the machine’s seal area with a damp cloth and allow the machine to dry completely.

4.   Align the new seal bar with the contact posts on the machine and set the bar in place. 

 

The seal bar should rest securely on top of the contact posts.

5.   Plug the machine in and without inserting a pouch, press the SEAL button to ensure correct    

 

installation of the new seal bar. If the BS116 is functioning properly, it is now ready for use.
