Cleaning Instructions
Safety Labels
Safety labels have been installed on your VAC-CON
unit to alert you of potentially dangerous conditions.
Read, understand and follow all Danger, Warning,
Caution and instruction labels before operating or
servicing your equipment. Below are examples of
labels that may be located on your machine.

and vehicle engine OFF.

transport unit unless safety locks
are in place.

locking arms are out of reach

Never operate the vacuum compressor with
the door open unless you are cleaning the vacuum
compressor following the instructions in this
manual.

Cleaning the Vacuum
System
1. Unlatch and open the Centrifugal Separator Door.
2. Unlatch Safety Tee Handle and Open Rear Door
Latches. Make sure debris tank is empty.
3. Engage the hydraulic system and tilt the Debris
Tank approximately 2 ft. as shown.
