6.6 Combi mode

For optimal browning, use the wire rack so that the food is as close to the
grill element as possible.
• The combi mode is suitable for preparing gratinated dishes such as
gratins, lasagne, poultry and jacket potatoes.
• To prevent the food drying out, only switch the grill on towards the end of
the cooking time.
• Select a lower power level for delicate food that contains egg or cream.
Do not place metal objects (aluminium dishes, meat skewers)
directly on the wire rack. Otherwise, arcing and damage to the
appliance can result!
The greater the weight of the food, the longer it should be cooked.
Standing time when the food has finished cooking makes for even
heating.
