Operating the appliance
The individual cooking zones are all operated in the same way.
Selecting cooking zone

Set the dial to the required power level.

The power indicator light illuminates.
For normal cooking zones, the dial can be turned past the «0» power level in both directions.
For dual ring cooking / frying zones, the dial has an end stop. It can only be turned in a clockwise direction and then
back in an anti-clockwise direction.

To switch on the larger cooking zone of a dual ring cooking / frying zone, first turn the dial as far as it will go and then set it to the re-
quired power level.
