Selecting an operating mode
How to select an operating mode is explained by means of an example.
Assume you want to bake a cake in a 25 cm long cake tin.
The 'Tips on settings' section gives:
The recommended cooking space temperature is given as a range to take account of
differences between recipes. For the first attempt, it is recommended the cooking
space temperature be set at the median value – in this example, 170 °C.

– The «In operation» indicator light illuminates.

Set the dial for the cooking space temperature to 170 °C.
– The «Heating» indicator light illuminates.
– The «Heating» indicator light remains illuminated as long as the cooking space
is heating up.
– Once the temperature is reached, heating occurs at intervals so as to maintain
a constant cooking space temperature.
