11 Trouble-shooting

Grey residue on
washing ▪ Grease and dirt
particles left behind.
▪ Residue from detergent,
limescale and dirt

▸ Use heavy-duty washing detergent.
▸ Adjust amount of detergent to water
hardness and degree of soiling of

▪ Washing drum is over-

Washing feels
hard ▪ Poor rinsing effect
through very soft water
