9.2.6 Demontage Verkleidungsteile
Lüftungshauben demontieren
1.
Drehen Sie die zwei Schrauben 60 x 14
(48/6) vorne und hinten aus jeder
Lüftungshaube (48/5) heraus.
2.
Ziehen Sie die kopfseitige und die fußseitige
Lüftungshaube komplett mit dem Stützstab
Richtung Gerätemitte. Die Schnappbefesti-
gung (48/4) löst sich und die Lüftungs-
hauben können herausgenommen werden.
Seitliche Verkleidungsteile Fußgestell
demontieren
1.
Fangen Sie bei einem Verkleidungsteil an und
drehen Sie an der Halterung vorne unten die
Schraube 4,8 x 9,5 (48/2) heraus.
2.
Drehen Sie darüber die Schraube (48/3) aus,
die in das Verkleidungsteil geht.
3.
Drehen Sie die Schraube 60 x 14 (48/7), die
durch den Befestigungswinkel (48/8) in das
Verkleidungsteil gedreht ist, heraus.
4.
Lösen Sie die Muttern der beiden Schrauben
DIN 933 M 6 x 12 (48/9), die durch den Be-
festigungswinkel in das Aluprofil gehen,
leicht an und schieben Sie den Winkel etwas
Richtung Gerätemitte.
5.
Ziehen Sie das Verkleidungsteil vorsichtig
nach außen weg. Die Aussparungen der Ver-
kleidung (48/1) rutschen über die Alu-Längs-
profile des Fußgestells.
6.
Verfahren Sie ebenso mit dem zweiten
Verkleidungsteil.
7.
Rollen Sie alle Kabel im Fußgestell
zusammen und fixieren Sie diese.
9.2.7 Demontage Kinematikträger (falls es
die baulichen Gegebenheiten nötig machen)
Kinematikträger demontieren
1.
Demontieren Sie die Blende (49/12).
2.
Drehen Sie am Kinematikträger die vier
Zylinderschlitzschrauben 6 x 20 (49/3) mit
Unterlegscheiben heraus.
3.
Lösen Sie die Mutter M 6 der Schraube
(49/6), deren Schaft in die schlitzförmige
Aussparung des Trägers eingeführt ist, leicht
an.
4.
Heben Sie das Fußgestell leicht an und fädeln
Sie den Kinematikträger (49/1) nach unten
heraus.
5.
Verfahren Sie ebenso mit dem zweiten
Kinematikträger.
6.
Demontieren Sie gegebenenfalls noch den
oberen Teil des Kamins „Anschluss Warm-
luftrückführung“ (50/8).
7.
Befestigen Sie unbedingt die lange Front-
schiene (49/11) vor das Fußgestell und
tragen Sie das Fußgestell komplett am
Rahmen zum Aufstellort.
Die Frontschiene (49/11) muss beim
Tragen unbedingt montiert sein!
9.2.6 Removing the housing parts
Removing the ventilation covers
1.
Unscrew the two 60 x 14 screws (48/6) at
the front and back of each ventilationcover
(48/5).
2.
Pull the face end and base end ventilation
covers together with the supporting rod
towards the centre of the unit.
The snap-on fixing (48/4) unlocks and the
ventilation covers can be taken out.
Removing the base side covers
1.
Start with one cover and unscrew the
4.8 x 9.5 screw (48/2) at the front bottom of
retention bracket.
2.
Then unscrew the screw (48/3) leading to
the cover.
3.
Unscrew the 60 x 14 screw (48/7) which is
screwed into the cover through the retention
bracket (48/8).
4.
Remove the nuts of the two DIN 933
M 6 x 12 screws (48/9) which are screwed
through the retention brackets into the
aluminium profile slightly and push the
bracket a little to the centre of the unit.
5.
Carefully pull off the cover.
The openings of the cover (48/1) slide over
the longitudinal aluminium profile of the base
.
6.
Repeat for the second cover.
7.
Roll up the canopy cables behind the hose
and fix them.
9.2.7 Removing the cinematic support (if the
site requires it)
Removing the cinematic support
1.
Remove the cover (49/12).
2.
Unscrew the four 6 x 20 screws (49/3) with
washer on the cinematic support.
3.
Remove the M 6 nut from the screw (49/6),
the shaft of which is inserted in the slotted
holes of the carrier.
4.
Slightly raise the base and weave out the
cinematic support (49/1) at the bottom.
5.
Repeat for the second cinematic support.
6.
If required, also dismantle the upper part of
the flue “Connection of warm air
recirculation” (50/8).
7.
Always fix the long front rail (49/11) in front
of the base and take the complete base at
its frame to the installation site.
The front rail (49/11) must be mounted
when carrying the base!
