Check that the power cord is plugged into a live power receptacle.

Check that the fuse in the power entry module is not blown.

DO NOT OPERATE the SolarStorm LE on a GFCI Circuit.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Operating Temperature 

This equipment is for indoor use only and has an operating temperature 

of 40°F to 100°F (5°C to 38°C). Any misuse of this equipment could lead 

to the risk of fire, shock and bodily harm. 

Remote out of radio frequency range

The remote control has a 330 foot (100m) range. The remote control will 

stay in the same “state” when out of range and will automatically update 

the status when back in range.

Remote is Unresponsive 

Inspect the battery in the handheld remote control. Ensure that the 

battery is installed properly in the receptacle. Replace the battery if the 

small red LED light on the remote control does not light.

Remote button(s) do not repond

Replace the battery. If the issue does not resolve contact UVC Experts for 

service.
