WARRANTY
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. The manufacturer warrants this product to be free
from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. This one-year warranty does not
cover transit damages.
This warranty does not apply to the finish on any portion of the product. Serving performed
by unauthorized persons shall render the warranty invalid. For warranty service, contact
Customer Service at 866-994-4148, 8 a.m.- 8 p.m., EST, Monday – Sunday.Some states
do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages. Therefore, these limitations
and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal
rights. You may have other rights that vary from state to state.

The product does not switch on.
The product does not heat.
Bad smell.
The product suddenly stops operation
and or flashes on display. The
buttons do not work and alarm rings 10
times.Short-circuit in the temperature
sensor.
Check if the plug is connected to the
outlet. Check if the outlet works.
The set temperature is lower than
current room temperature.Set a higher
temperature.
The product has overheated.The
overheating protection has been
activated. Unplug the product and let is
cool for at least 10 minutes.
Do not try to repair the product yourself.
Consult a qualified electrician.
It is the result of dust or other debris
accumulating on the heating element.
This is normal during first use and after
prolonged storage. Place the product in
a well ventilated area.Keep the product
switched on, until the smell disappears.
