Adjusting the Handset Volume
a.)
Press the
TALK
key.
b.)
Press the
or
VOLUME
key on the side of the handset
while the phone is off hook to increase or decrease the
volume.
Adjusting the Handset Ringer Volume
a.)
Press the
or
VOLUME
key on the side of the handset
while the phone is not in use.
b.)
You hear the sound of the ringer as you adjust the volume.
Adjusting the Speakerphone Volume
a.)
Press the
or
VOLUME
key on the base, while the phone
is off hook and in speakerphone mode, to increase or
decrease the speakerphone/intercom volume. There is a
corresponding display that can be used as a visual marker.
Adjusting the Base Ringer Volume
a.)
Press the
or
VOLUME
key on the base when the phone
is not in use to increase or decrease the ringer volume.
There is a corresponding display that can be used as a
visual marker.

WITCH
The
Off On—Ring/Pwr—Off On
switch controls both the power to the
telephone and the ringer for the handset. The phone must be turned to
the
ON
position in order for the telephone to work.
Far left position—Both the power to the handset and the
ringer are off.
Middle position—The handset is on but does not ring.
Far right position—The handset and ringer are both on.

OTE
The
PAGE/FIND
tone will not sound if the handset ringer is
turned to the middle (
OFF) position
.
