Successful registration
—You will hear a confirmation tone, and the icon stops flashing. The handset dis-
plays its label, number, and clock.

Unsuccessful registration attempt
—The handset displays UNREGISTERED. Follow the registration proc-
ess again.
Select Your Country
The COUNTRY option selects the correct telephone network settings and the default language for the country
that you select. If your phone does not have a COUNTRY option, the handset already is configured for the
country in which it was sold. Follow the steps below to determine whether you have a COUNTRY option and, if
so, to set it.
1. Press
MENU

2. Select
ADVANCED SET
and press
OK
.
3. Press
to scroll to the
COUNTRY
option and press
OK
.
If there is no COUNTRY option, you are finished installing your handset.
4. Select the country in which you are using the phone and click
OK
.
