Installation specifications
•
Avoid pointing the lens directly towards the sun or intense sources of light also when
the camera is off. The subject must not be backlight.
•
Do not point the camera towards reflecting objects.
•
Some lighting systems (e.g. coloured fluorescent lights) may false the colours.
•
Arrange a suitable circuit breaker and fuse upstream of the devices.
•
Make sure that the rating plate data correspond to the power specifications before
connecting the device to the mains.
INSTALLATION
1.Make sure that no units are powered before starting the installation procedure.
2.In the case of mini-cameras, position the bracket in order to point the camera to the
direction useful to capture images; it is possible to adjust the camera on
HORIZONTAL, VERTICAL and TRANSVERSAL axes.
In the case of the minidome, rotate the body of the minidome for the chosen shot.
ADJUSTMENTS
1. Loosen the locking ring on the bracket and the screw
2. Position the bracket on horizontal, vertical and transversal axes point the camera in
the desired direction.
3. Once made, firmly block.
Important note: In order to avoid serious damages to the connection cable, avoid
rotating repeatedly and excessively the camera fixed to the bracket.
5. Connect the video output to the utility.
6. Power the camera.
CONFIGURATION
The camera may be configurated only using the UTC controls available on the DVR/HVR of
the Urmet catalogue that provide them. These controls can be useed to access the OSD
menu.
The menu access/configuration is also possible pressing/moving the middle joystick button
on the camera cable
